Yacht Survey in Bodrum

Bodrum is our base. We work from Yalıkavak at every marina and boatyard on the peninsula; there is no travel charge around Bodrum, Yalıkavak, Turgutreis and Milas.

Where surveys take place in Bodrum

We work at every marina and boatyard in the area. The places boats most often lie:

  • Milta Bodrum Marina

Bodrum town · Hard standing and technical service

    Haul-out
  • D-Marin Turgutreis

Turgutreis · Boatyard with travel lift and trailer

    Haul-out
  • Yalıkavak Marina

    Yalıkavak · Superyacht marina

For the hull survey the boat is hauled out. The owner or broker books the lift with the yard; the yard fee is paid to the yard and is not part of the survey fee.

How the survey runs

  1. 1The boat's make and model, length and marina are sent over; fee and date are agreed.
  2. 2The haul-out for the hull survey is booked with the yard. Moisture readings need the hull to dry for 24-48 hours after washing.
  3. 3Ashore: hull, keel, skin fittings and propeller. On board: engine room, electrics, deck, rig and interior.
  4. 4On the sea trial the engine is run at full load and through the rev range with the diagnostic tool connected.
  5. 5The written report is delivered the day the field work ends; each finding carries an urgency grade and an estimated cost range.
