For which makes and models does a survey matter most?
Age, use history and construction type matter more than the make. That said, every production series has known weak points — a wet core on a sandwich-decked model, bellows age on a sail-drive, spreader angles on a B&R rig — and those are flagged specifically.
Why it works this way
A generic checklist cannot supply that. Knowing where a particular model tends to fail shortens the survey and sharpens the result.
