What should an owner check after a delivery?
The handover check is an opportunity to read the passage from the boat herself: bilge condition, engine hours and ECU records, fuel consumption, any new marks on the gear.
Why it works this way
A photographic condition report is given at handover for exactly this reason — it closes off a dispute before it can start.
