What does Jeanneau’s Prisma Process actually mean?
Prisma Process is an injection-infusion method in which hull and deck are laid up in a single mould with computer-controlled fibre-to-resin ratios; the result is more homogeneous laminate and more consistent hull weight in series production.
Why it works this way
The practical benefit to a surveyor is a lower risk of weak spots caused by thickness variation compared with hand lay-up. It does not mean the laminate is beyond question — moisture is still measured and the hammer survey is still done.
